Sea salt caramels. Great present for my foodie sister. I love making caramels, and now with sea salt caramels being a huge hit, it’s pretty simple to make a few changes to make this amazing treat. Despite what people think, you can make this in about 15 mins. and If you have a silicone mold it makes it so much easier.

Peppermint marshmallows dipped in chocolate mmm :) This treat is perfect for melting in hot chocolate or just melting in your mouth. And besides sitting over night, it only take about 20 mins. to make these novelty treats.

// New blogging Idea…//

I got back from a pastry program in Southern France about 2 months ago. I have lots of new recipes and I have been baking quite a bit. My brother just got me this cookbook for xmas and I was thinking of Making something once a week and blogging about it, taking pictures and seeing what people think. =) Good Idea? Although that will mean eating these things every week and probably gaining weight.
