Home made macarons filled with chocolate peanut butter ganache. These little cookies are the perfect blend of crunchy, chewy and sweet.I tried these out for the first time this week and they are already a HUGE hit. Now to experiment with different flavors and different fillings. 

Sea salt caramels. Great present for my foodie sister. I love making caramels, and now with sea salt caramels being a huge hit, it’s pretty simple to make a few changes to make this amazing treat. Despite what people think, you can make this in about 15 mins. and If you have a silicone mold it makes it so much easier. 

Peppermint marshmallows dipped in chocolate mmm :) This treat is perfect for melting in hot chocolate or just melting in your mouth. And besides sitting over night, it only take about 20 mins. to make these novelty treats.
